We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Opened packages for swimsuits and swimming trunks will not be return eligible. We can only honor this if your order shipped late or you received the wrong item and it is still sealed in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
When sending a return or exchange always contact info@milabeachwear.com prior to returning the item(s) and please include the Mila Beachwear Return/Exchange Form. You can print your return slip out here.
Refunds (if applicable) If you would like to return your item, please use our Returns/Exchanges link. Fill out the form and state the reason for your return. You will be responsible for the return postage unless the item you purchased is damaged or the incorrect size than what you ordered, in which case our customer support will provide a return label free of charge.
Once your return is received and processed we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed in the form of either store credit or refund.
We allow cancellation of made-to-order items up to 24 hours after purchase. If you would like to cancel or return a made-to-order item after that time, there will be a 15% re-stock fee deducted to account for the item being already placed into production. The shipping and insurance fees are only refundable if the order did not ship.
